Kicking (skating) off at 10am on Thursday 20th March, Gethin and Helen took on a full 24hrs of non-stop roller skating, all to raise vital funds for Comic Relief funded projects.
Throughout the challenge they were joined by friends from the Morning Live family, famous faces, fellow challengers and family members, all helping to keep them energised and upright when the going got tough!
There were also special surprise appearances from some of the people Gethin and Helen met during visits to Comic Relief funded projects, reminding everyone why every donation made to support the challenge is so vital.

Despite numerous falls, aches, pains and blisters, the pair powered through to their finish line, motivated by the impact of donations (as well as an epic playlist spanning the decades and the genres!)
You can watch Gethin and Helen's incredible efforts on BBCiPlayer(opens in new window) and you can still show your support by making a donation.
