Jacqueline Onalo is a multi-award-winning human rights lawyer, leadership and legal trainer, coach, diversity and inclusion (D&I) expert. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). Jacqueline devised and delivers the holistic JOLT Youth Leadership and Mentorship Programme to several universities to support marginalised youth to fulfil their potential.
As a D&I expert focussing on gender and race, she supports organisations including the NHS to adhere to relevant legislation and crucially strive to become values led. She is an acclaimed speaker and her work in Sub Saharan Africa in international grassroots development has transformed the lives of hundreds.
Her work has been recognised by Brummell Women, BRAAD Awards, WeAreTheCity, National Diversity Awards, Women4Africa etc.
