Hanah qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC before moving into financial services and later taking on a senior finance and business development role at ITV. Over the last fifteen years Hanah has led finance, governance and strategy for major UK charities and held a number of trustee roles.
She is currently a trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee at Affinity Trust, a national social care charity that supports people with learning disabilities and she sits on Lancaster University’s Council, where she chairs the Audit Committee.
Having previously sat on the Board of Plan International UK, where she chaired the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee, Hanah has a longstanding commitment to international development and remains deeply engaged in global issues, particularly those affecting children and vulnerable communities.
